Swimming sports

To celebrate our learning's in the pool we set off for the the town pools on a hot, sunny Thursday afternoon.  After a lovely picnic in the park we participated in lots of fun races:  walking, backwards walking, pushing the ball with our nose, flutterboard (back and front), and overarm.  Everyone joined in the fun and we had a wonderful time.  Mums and Dads came to watch - some brought their lunch too.  We are hoping for another 2 weeks of pool use back at school before the weather makes the water too cool.  It is great to see the children with more confidence and ability than at the start of the year.
