Litterless lunch boxes

We have been learning about litter.  Each day we took all the litter out of our lunchboxes and saved it in a plastic bag.  The at the end of the week we took our own litter home - goodness me..... what a lot there was!  Now we are trying to have a litterless lunchbox.  If we put our food in greaseproof paper, rather than gladwrap, it is better, because paper can be recycled.  Get your adult to buy big bags of chips etc and take a few out to put in a section of your lunchbox, rather than lots of little bags which produce lots of plastic.
