Te Wairere Marae Visit

We have been learning about our Maori culture by visiting Te Wairere Marae at the College.  We were welcomed by the senior students and teachers.  We listened to the speeches and sang waiata.  The we greeted each other with a hongi and had some morning tea.  Then the college students took groups of children and we did activities.  We had a great time and enjoyed learning new things.
