On Friday we welcomed 15 pre-schoolers and their parents/caregivers to Room 4 for a morning of fun and dialogue about starting school. The children joined in activities centered around animals (we had been learning about these all week) and the parents talked to Mr Eldridge and Mrs J about transitioning children to school. The sun shone, games were played outside and we all had a yummy morning tea. It will be exciting to see many of these children beginning school over the next few months.
