Garden Planters on Poles

Because we want to plant lots of different kinds of veges in our enviro garden, we problem solved by making some planters on poles. This means we can have tiers of plantings.   Our Room 6 buddies worked with us as we decorated the soft drink containers, inserted the poles and attached them with insulation tape, put in the soil and seedlings, and then walked in the rain to our garden to put them into the dirt.  They look very colourful and we will keep a watchful eye (or eyes!) on them to see if they are growing.  No watering was necessary as the raining persisted all day.
