Hiwi the Kiwi

Mr and Mrs Minstrel visited us to remind us how to be safe when on a boat, and how the fish for the future.  We had lots of laughs, but also learned some important messages:

Throw back the large fish so they can breed
Make sure the fish is the correct size before you take it
Wrap the fish in a wet towel so the scales don't get damaged
Put the fish into iced sea water
Clean it with sea water
